Meet Vanessa Torres-Khan, the Founder & CEO of RYM Network. From her early years, Vanessa has been deeply involved in the world of music and entertainment. She was fortunate to have her mother and stepfather, who educated her on everything from reading music to live shows, and the diversity of music as a language. This early exposure ignited Vanessa's passion for production, which she carried into her life and career.

At the age of 20, Vanessa received her first opportunity as a featured reporter for Ammoland Shooting Sports News. This allowed her to dive into the pop culture side of shooting sports, interviewing notable figures such as WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels and 3 Gun World champion, Lena Miculek. As her reporting career flourished, Vanessa traveled across the United States, working for various media outlets including EVO News [NYC], ESPN Radio Effingham, NBC Peoria, Tejano Nation, and Univision Costa Central.

Throughout her career, Vanessa has held various positions, from field reporter to producer to news director. However, due to the impact of COVID-19 in 2020, she made the difficult decision to leave the corporate media industry. This marked a new chapter in her life, where Vanessa focused on growing her brand, RYM. It started as a single YouTube channel with a focus on the music industry and has now evolved into a network with multiple shows, podcasts, and online presences.

Vanessa's dedication and hard work have propelled RYM to become a rising star in streaming media. In 2024, she is relaunching the network on Roku and Amazon Fire TV for the first time. Alongside her team, Vanessa has had the opportunity to tell stories alongside some of the most notable acts in the entertainment industry today. From Banda El Recodo and Grupo Firme to WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle, Danny Trejo & Pakistani Superstar Ali Zafar, the list goes on.

Vanessa's journey has been marked by resilience and a true hustler spirit. She is excited to embark on a new venture with Naughty & Nice Beauty, showcasing her passion for entrepreneurship and her dedication to creating meaningful content. With the rhythm in her soul and the experiences she has faced throughout her 10-year tenure, Vanessa is ready to make a lasting impact in the world of media and entertainment.
