May I change my order once it has been submitted?
Before your order has been sent for shipment, our customer care team can helpyou change your order. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@nnnbeauty.com.
My item arrived damaged what should I do?
Sadly, these unforeseen events happen during transit. It’s out of our control how carriers handle fragile items in our absence, but we assure you all packages are packed and equipped for rough handling during transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours to report any damage. If you receive a damaged product please email us a clear photo of your damaged item, including packing slip to info@nnnbeauty.com. All original packaging materials and boxes must be retained for inspection purposes.
My item was lost or stolen; may I get a refund?
We know things happen. Unfortunately, Naughty and Nice Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All claims should be filed directly with the shipping carrier and follow their guidelines.
Can I exchange/return an item?
Unfortunately, Naughty and Nice Beauty does not process returns, exchanges or refunds. All Sales Are Final.
