Naughty and Nice Beauty only ships to addresses within the USA at this time.
What are your shipping rates?
All shipping options and rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
We sometimes offer promotional discounts on shipping for orders over a certain dollar amount. We reserve the right to change these discounts at any time.
When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders same day or next business day (Mon-Fri, excluding US
holidays) Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will be processed Monday
morning. Please note that all fully processed sales orders are final.
How can I track my order?
After your order has shipped, we would send a detailed information on your
tracking number. Depending on the carrier, (USPS OR UPS), you should easily have
access to your package transit times and progress.
My package was marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it?
In the unfortunate case of your order tracking number confirms delivered to the address provided on the order we would not be able to replace or issue a refund for the order. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with carrier and follow their guidelines. We highly suggest including shipping protection to your order for any unforeseen situations.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order shipping details are incorrect, please contact our team right away at info@nnnbeauty.com. We will do our best to stop your order and make changes before it goes out. Once an order has been dispatched however, we are unable to make changes.
Additional shipping charges
Orders that USPS or UPS deems undeliverable will be cancelled and refunded after we receive the return to our processing facility. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Contact customer care for further assistance.
