I’ve been working in the Beauty Industry for over 30 years. I started in Cosmetic Manufacturing at the age of 18 and learned everything on how to make and produce quality beauty products. Working as an Operations Manager in one of the largest cosmetic manufacturing companies in California has shown me the full picture in creating cosmetic products. From component to custom formula, I’ve experienced manufacturing large name brands such as Neutrogena,Revlon, Estee Lauder, Avon, Victoria Jackson, Loreal, Hard Candy, Too Faced, Urban Decay, Maybelline, Stila, Giorgio Armani, Lancome, and the list goes on!
As the years passed my manufacturing experience has given me the opportunity to make a switch and work for actual name brands such as Anastasia Beverly Hills and Valerie Beverly Hills. Both are high end beauty brands well known in the city of Beverly Hills. I got to experience the other side away from manufacturing and lived the life working as a Managing Director in Beverly Hills!

I’ve worked in sales for 7 years in the Furniture Industry in the city of San Fernando California. I became a housewife and mother at the age of 26. Taking care of our two daughters Miranda & Isabella, has been my greatest blessing and joy of my life!
Growing up in Mexico, as a young girl I grew up watching novelas and I always admired how beautiful the actresses looked on T.V. I started to play with makeup and that was the start of my love for Beauty!

The name Naughty & Nice Beauty was made to describe the look you best wish to create or show off!
Naughty looks are more on the Dark Vibrant Colors as to the Nice Looks are more Neutral Light Colors.
